These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services provided by 902 Ltd (“902”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this site or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

902 is a strategy and commerce agency specialising in the creation, launch, and scaling of celebrity brands and influencer-led ventures.

2. Project Engagement

All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables. Any work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees and time estimates.

3. Fees & Payment

Project fees are stated in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All original creative, strategy, and content produced by 902 remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client. 902 retains the right to showcase work publicly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality & NDAs

We take confidentiality seriously. Any non-public information shared with us — including brand strategy, product development, financials, and trade secrets — will be treated as confidential. If a formal NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required, we are happy to sign a mutual agreement at the outset of the engagement. The same level of confidentiality is expected in return regarding any of 902’s proprietary processes, internal methodologies, or client work.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a project at any time with 14 days' written notice. You will be invoiced for all completed work and any committed third-party costs. 902 reserves the right to terminate an engagement if terms are not met or communication becomes unworkable.

7. Liability

902 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of 902. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content, text, or visual assets without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
